Healthwatch Croydon Annual Report 2023/24

Throughout the year, Healthwatch Croydon focused on understanding and sharing Croydon residents’ experiences to influence positive changes in health and care services. Their 2024 Annual Report details this work.

The team gathered and presented residents’ views on local and London-wide health services, new healthcare delivery methods, and improved communication strategies. They also documented asylum seekers’ experiences with health and care services.
